Timeless beauty in the heart of Sandpoint.
Our Main Hall was part of the original St. Joe’s Catholic church and held its first mass on December 25, 1907. Restored in 2013-14, the Hall retains Gothic Revival elements including arched windows and doors, buttresses, and a bull’s eye window in the gable end while being updated with modern upgrades such as lighting and sound. The Heartwood offers a modern wedding experience in a space with timeless style and unmatched beauty.

Ceremony
Ceremony packages are a 10-hour venue rental and start at $2,300. In addition to the day of and advance services, we you get 3 venue visits to plan for the big day, time for a photo session (photographer not included), access to our backstage dressing room, as well as use of the speaker system with 3 wireless microphones in the Main Hall. You will also have access to up to 190 chairs, 12 round (5′) tables, and 8 rectangular (6′ long) tables. The Main Hall and Heartwood Lawn are great options for your ceremony.

Receptions
Reception packages are a 10-hour rental include use of our catering kitchen and access to our 12 round (5’) tables, 8 (6’ long) tables and 190 chairs at no extra cost. The Main Hall and Grove rooms are available for receptions and the Lawn is a great spot for cocktail hour and announcements/speeches.

Ceremony and Reception
The Heartwood Center is well equipped to host your ceremony and reception in the same building. Our ceremony and Reception packages are a 12-hour rental and include access to the catering kitchen as well as all of our tables and chairs.

Rehearsal
If you wish to have a rehearsal and/or extra time to set up, we offer the day before for a 5-hour venue rental. Please contact us for more information.
